Ah sons....They can be so much help! lol

This story begins with Justin coming to visit Mom and Dad while his wife was at a Church retreat. While dad was helping a neighbor pour concrete, dad thought he was safe as mom and son usually sleep in. Well when dad gets home mom and son have kind of decided it was time to remove the old carpet we had talked of replacing for a few years. Well since we usually do not have any guests at our house ( sons and their spouses not considered guests), I agreed thinking I would have plenty of time to do what ever needed to be done in time for the Christmas get together. So the carpet is gone!
Well normally this would be the case. Enter the oldest son.....His fiancé emails that her parents will be in town for Thanksgiving and are looking forward to seeing where Shawn (oldest son) grew up!!! Wutwo. So I guess the time table has been moved up.lol. This week end appears to be the weekend that new laminate flooring will be installed. Umm and not by professionals. lol. Wish me and my help luck.
